Tired of slicing and dicing those potatos? If you don't have time, or just don't feel like it, we have a great short cut for you. In your freezer section of the grocery store you will find Ore-Ida Southern Style Hash Brown Potatos. They are small cut -up frozen potatos, all you have to do is measure one cup of frozen for every cup we call for....Voila!

Can't eat all that soup? Our soups make such generous portions you can freeze the following: Fireside Supper Bean Soup, Pioneer Split Pea, White Bean Chili, Black Bean Chili, and Springfield Village Vegetable. We suggest using any zippered freezer bags or tupperware.

Yes, Crockpots can be used - The following soups can be cooked in a crockpot: Fireside Supper Bean Soup, Pioneer Split Pea, White Bean Chili, Black Bean Chili. Just remember, you need to bring the beans to a boil first! Then use less water than the recipe calls for (about 2 cups). Let them simmer to perfection!
